Please
call 905-829-4226 and set up an appointment to meet with the
Directors. The meeting will last approximately one hour.
Please bring
copies of recent report cards and educational assessments to
this appointment.

2: |
Once
you have completed your meeting with the Directors, we will
schedule a placement testing session (approximately 1.5
hours in length) for your child. He / she is also welcome
to
remain at the school to attend the afternoon classes and meet
the other children and staff members.
Please
bring the completed Visiting
Student Information form found
in this packages to this visit.

3: |
Following
the testing session, a call will be made or a meeting will
be held to inform you of your
child's application status (acceptance or decline). If applicable,
a registration package will be given to you at this time. |

| If
your child has been accepted for admission to Wildwood Academy
and you wish to accept the placement, please
follow step 4 and 5. |

4: |
Please
choose the payment method which is best for you and complete
the applicable Agreement Contract. Mail or bring to the school
the completed registration forms, Agreement Contract, deposit
cheque, post-dated cheques and O.S.R. request form.
Your
child's enrolment at Wildwood is not guaranteed until your
payment and forms have been received. |

5: |
When
the registration forms, Agreement Contract, O.S.R. request
form, and cheques have been received at the school, we will
mail you a Family Handbook. |
