The Wildwood Academy of Oakville Network User Policy governs the use of our network by members of the Wildwood community, including students, parents, alumni, and employees. This policy is contained within our Parent and Student Handbook 2002/2003.

We collect the domain name (IP address) of visitors to our website page, plus aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, and information volunteered by the user, such as survey information and/or site registrations. We note the operating system (Windows, Mac, other) and the browser (Explorer, Netscape, other). We also collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email.

Any and all information that we receive from our users online is used for internal purposes only and is never sold, rented, or lent to any other party. The information we collect is used for internal review or to improve the content of our Website. We may use it to notify users about updates to our Website. The information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
